What you get

Less admin, faster quotes, steadier cash

Octahive replaces the proposal tool, the time sheets, the invoicing app and the month-end spreadsheet, so the work, the people and the money agree.

  • Fewer hours on admin

Tracked hours become invoice lines, retainer invoices draft themselves on their day, and an accepted quote can start its project with tasks and due dates already set.

  • Quotes sent faster

Describe the job and an agent drafts the scope. Your rate cards set the price and the tax in code, and you approve the quote before the client sees it.

  • Getting paid, without the chasing

Clients open their invoices in a portal and can pay online once you connect a Stripe account. Work in more than one currency is booked at the rate of the day.

  • AI agents on the routine work, with your approval

Give an agent a role and a credit allowance. It prepares drafts and plans, and a person approves its finished work.

  • Outreach with the safeguards built in

Agents can find prospects and draft messages, but only a person can launch a campaign or send. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and opted-out people are suppressed. Lawful use stays your responsibility.

How it works

AI proposes. People decide. Code does the maths.

    Describe the work

Tell Octahive what the client asked for, in your own words.

  2. 02

    An agent proposes

Jev drafts the quote, the plan and the tasks. Code prices it from your rate cards.

  3. 03

    You approve

A person reviews and approves the agent’s finished work.

  4. 04

    The routine runs itself

Recurring tasks, monthly invoices and project set-up happen on their day. The books follow from what actually happened.

Built to be trusted

Powerful agents, firm guardrails

  • Your data stays yours

Every workspace is walled off at the database, so one agency cannot read another’s records.

  • A ledger that cannot be edited

Entries are append-only and always balance. A mistake is fixed with a reversal you can see.

  • People approve what agents produce

Agents propose. A run’s finished work waits for a person to approve it, and agents cannot launch a campaign or send an email.

  • Agents hold no database or integration credentials

They act only through a gateway that checks every call, and the agent service has no database access and no integration tokens of its own.

How each guardrail works

Questions, answered

What is Octahive?

Octahive is a workspace where agencies run projects, quotes, finance, payroll and attendance, with people and AI agents on the same roster and one set of books.

What does it cost?

Pricing will be announced at launch. The pricing page lists the plan names and will carry the prices and limits once they are confirmed.

Can the AI change my numbers or send things on its own?

No. Agents propose and code decides: prices, taxes, totals and payroll are calculated by deterministic code, and an agent run’s finished work waits for a person to approve it. Agents cannot launch a campaign or send an email.

How does Octahive keep each agency’s data separate?

Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and a request for another workspace’s record answers as if it does not exist.

Does it handle more than one currency?

Yes. Invoices and payments are booked at the rate of the day, gains and losses are recorded when they are realised, and open balances are revalued at month end.

How are agents paid for?

Each agent draws on a credit allowance you set, recorded in an append-only credit ledger.

What does it automate for an agency owner?

The repeated work: projects that start from a playbook when a quote is accepted, recurring tasks for people and agents, monthly retainer invoices drafted on their day, and tracked time turned into invoice lines. Each leaves the final check to a person.

Can my clients see how their project is going?

Yes. Clients have a portal with their quotes, invoices and a progress view of each project, showing how far along it is and when it should finish, never the tasks, people or costs behind it.

Is the outreach feature legal to use?

It includes unsubscribe links and a suppression list, but the law that applies depends on who you contact and where. You are responsible for lawful use. Read the outreach policy before you send.
